Betty Boop is the original and to many the best sexy cartoon character ever, she first appeared on screens way back in 1930 in Talkartoon and was said to be a caricature of singer Helen Kane. Betty Boop was not just the first cartoon sex symbol she was one of the first sex symbols on tv in any genre and has survived from her black and white origins to the colour version we have today.
